CMF is more like a family, than an organization. We lack formal membership, an elected body to run the Fellowship etc. If you come more or less regularly you will be considered a part of the family. Everyone is encouraged to shoulder responsibilities within the boundaries of the inter-denominational structure, as God calls them and enables them. By God’s grace we have been able to maintain it this way all through the past years and hope to remain that way.

This doesn’t mean that there is no one to oversee the Fellowship and ensure its quality. In addition to various students and graduates who shoulder the responsibilities of individual fellowships, CMF is blessed with senior doctors who shepherd over the Fellowship. Since it is not easy to provide an exhaustive list, only some of the names are mentioned here.
